The schools offer you a wide range of Spanish study abroad programs.

All courses are designed for adults, over 18 years old, although the minimum age for the Spanish business courses as well as for the Spanish courses for teachers is higher.

Classes at eight levels from beginners to advanced.

The maximum number of students per group is limited to 7 for all the Spanish courses, although there is an average of 5 students per class.

Each class lasts 45 minutes.

The Spanish courses are based on an active and dynamic teaching method, so that whatever your objective to learn Spanish in Spain may be, you will be able to speak Spanish language naturally and spontaneously.

Half-day Spanish courses to learn Spanish 3 lessons per day in a global way, providing a solid lexical, grammatical and functional basis of Spanish language. Four language skills with a communicative language method are developed: listening, reading, writing and speaking in Spanish.

Short term intensive Spanish language programs for learning Spanish language from 1 to 12 weeks

Intensive Spanish Courses to learn Spanish in Spain from 1 to 12 weeks. Half-day Spanish courses to learn Spanish 4 lessons per day in a global way, providing a solid lexical, grammatical and functional basis. With Super Intensive Spanish courses, in addition to the 20 lessons per week of General Spanish in a group, you have 5 lessons of one-to-one classes per week, thereby giving you the possibility to work on your specific language requirements during one hour each day.

DELE Exam Preparation courses      (BACK TO COURSE MENU)
Cervantes Institute Exams

Diploma of the Instituto Cervantes (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera - DELE).
Preparatory courses for DELE Exams providing the necessary specialized Spanish training to pass these, the most prestigious exams of Spanish as Foreign Language.

The Diplomas in Spanish as a Foreign Language (D.E.L.E.), granted by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, are official qualifications certifying levels of competence in the Spanish language. It is the only certificate for non-native Spanish speakers that is officially recognized.

If your level of Spanish is not high enough, you can take a General Spanish course before attending a DELE Preparatory Exams course.

2 weeks Spanish Courses
Training Spanish course for non-native teachers of Spanish designed for active teachers, foreign post-graduate students of Modern Languages, Spanish Degree, Spanish Philology, Hispanic Studies, and to non-native Spanish Graduates who wish to teach Spanish. Also to those who teach ELE (Spanish as a Foreign Language) and ESL (Spanish as a Second or Third Language).

Non-native teachers, foreign post-graduate students of Spanish Philology with an Advanced or Superior Level of Spanish.

Individual, One-to-One Spanish course       (BACK TO COURSE MENU)

One to one private Spanish lessons are designed for professionals, executives and students who do not have a lot of time to study abroad in Spain and look for an intensive language training, have specific language learning needs and want to get the maximum output of the Spanish immersion course in Spain.

Individual Spanish course is also chosen by students who attend a General Spanish course and want to speed up their rate of Spanish learning in order to pass on to a higher Spanish level in less time, or by those who have difficulties keeping up with the learning rate of their group but want to stay in it.

You have the possibility of combining the private Spanish classes with the General Spanish Courses or taking one-to-one Spanish course on its own.

There are One on One Spanish courses on different subjects: General Spanish, Business Spanish, Spanish and Culture, Exam preparation or you can have a Spanish course Custom designed with the subjects that interest you most.

If you are two or three students with the same Spanish level and similar Spanish learning interests, you can share the private Spanish lessons.

Part-time courses, designed for those who want to begin their Spanish learning, or to continue with it, in such a way that you can carry out your studies and still have enough free time to enjoy and take part in the city’s social life.

Long term Intensive Spanish       (BACK TO COURSE MENU)

You can attend Intensive Spanish courses throughout the year, regardless of your Spanish level, from beginning to proficiency.

These half-day Spanish courses are designed for those who want to start or continue studying Spanish while taking advantage of the considerable amount of free time left over to participate in the city´s social life.

Since Intensive Spanish courses are created for those who want a global improvement of their Spanish, we emphasize the type of language that is useful in everyday life. We work on all the Spanish language skills as well as the essential vocabulary topics, always putting an accent on communication in Spanish.

The continuous practice of the vocabulary and the new functional and grammatical Spanish structures that are learned in the Spanish class, allow for quick improvement of the student´s communication capacities in Spanish language.

The Spanish classes are complemented by cultural and sports activities. You can also work a bit more in the school’s resource centre using software for interactive Spanish learning, as well as cassettes, books or magazines.

The minimum duration of Long Term Intensive Spanish courses is 12 weeks and the maximum 60 (if you want to study Spanish just one week, consult the section One-to-one Spanish courses and if you are coming for less than 12 weeks, consult the section Short Term Intenisve Spanish courses).

Finally, if you want to adapt this general Spanish course to your specific necessities and interests, personalise your Spanish studies for your whole stay abroad or part of it by participating in one of the Spanish courses for specific purposes.

Holiday activity program in Alicante, Spain       (BACK TO COURSE MENU)

• 2 guided tours per week such Santa Barbara Castle, Museums, Archaeological site
• 1 half day excursion per week
• 1 full day Excursion per week with lunch: Valencia visiting the City of Arts and Sciences, Calpe, Elche or 4x4 excursion.
• 1 Tapas dinner per week with your teacher of Spanish.

Sailing school in Alicante      (BACK TO COURSE MENU)

Sailing lessons in a Mediterranean Sailing school near Alicante, Monday to Friday from 16:00 – 18:00 or Monday to Thursday from 16:00-18:30 with 10 hours per week to learn to sail or improve your sailing skills.

The Sea school can change the sailing course schedule mantaining however the number of sailing lessons per week. In this case, the Spanish course schedule will change according to the sailing course changes.

Practical sailing training course in summer with specialised nautical monitors and 2 sailing levels to learn to sail and to navigate.

• Laser Sailing Course for Beginners: the perfect sailing instruction to start learning to sail. It I aimed at those who do not have already any sailing experience or a minimum experiencew in navigation. Sailing course of 10 hours, divided into 4 or five days. The Sailing Course is developed on a Gamba (group boat), with a maximum capacity of five people, including the trainer.
• Laser Sailing Upgrading Course: After the sailing course for beginners, you can enjoy this sailing course in order to improve your skills and sail on individual or double boats. The students sail alone with the support of one of the trainers on a raft. Sailing Upgrading Course of 10 hours, divided into 4 or 5 days. Sailing instruction is developed on Vaurient or Laser sailing boat.
• Laser Sailing Upgrading Course “Omega”: This is a special sailing course developed on a Topper Omega boat; a highly fast and modern-designed boat with gennaker, jib halyards, trapeze, and a wide bread design to start gliding with con low wind speed. Thanks to its length is the perfect boat for 4 or five adults.

Practical and shorebased sailing courses and holidays .

4 Spanish lessons in the morning, windsurfing course (10 hours per week) in the afternoon in a Sea school near Alicante, different options for accommodation, cultural visits, 1 full day excursion per week, tapas dinner.

1 week or 2 weeks Intensive Spanish course & windsurfing course in Spain, in Alicante, with arrival and departure on Sunday.

Spanish and golf in Alicante overview       (BACK TO COURSE MENU)

Language immersion program in Spain combining Spanish language learning and golf.

You can attend a different Spanish courses:

• Intensive Spanish course with 4 Spanish lessons in the morning,
• One-to-One Spanish training with 2, 3 or 4 Spanish lessons per day.

You can either play golf in the afternoons or receive golf lessons to learn to play or improve your game.

Regarding your accommodation, you can choose living with a host family, in a flat with other students, in an apartment or in a hotel.

Spanish course are complemented by activities and in summer time with a special summer activity program: cultural visits, 1 full day excursion per week and tapas dinner with a Spanish teacher to taste Mediterranean cuisine and practising your Spanish.

1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks Spanish course + golf holiday in Alicante, with arrival and departure on Sunday.

Alicante's Airport at at El Altet, which is one of the busiest in Spain. It is about 10  minutes from the city centre and is served by several European Airlines.

The city is also comprehensively served by road, bus and rail.
